This is a highly visible, field-oriented sales role responsible for accelerating distribution growth across Central America and the Caribbean.
You will develop new channel partnerships, expand existing accounts, and increase market presence across a dynamic solar market.
The role combines strategic territory planning with hands-on business development and relationship management.
You’ll work directly with distributors, EPCs, installers, developers, and other influential players to create demand and generate measurable growth.
Success will depend on your ability to open doors, build trusted relationships, and turn market opportunities into revenue.
You’ll operate independently across multiple countries while collaborating closely with internal sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.

Accountabilities:
Develop and execute a distribution growth strategy across Central America and the Caribbean, with a focus on expanding market share and long-term channel development.
Identify, prospect, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners throughout the region.
Grow existing distribution accounts by strengthening relationships with owners, purchasing teams, sales leaders, and other key decision-makers.
Generate pull-through demand by engaging EPCs, installers, developers, and other channel influencers.
Build territory plans centered on new business acquisition, account expansion, and sustainable channel growth.
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify commercial opportunities and provide actionable market intelligence.
