About the role:





The Partner Support Specialist will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.

What you will do:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing and sending out quotes and invoices, processing orders, and updating customer information in the database.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
Providing sales training to new onboarding sales staff.
Maintain accurate sales data and generate reports on sales performance and customer trends.
Provide customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, replying messages and handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
