Requirements Must-have experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
3+ years of experience in an SDET Lead, QA Lead, or similar technical leadership role.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or equivalent object-oriented programming languages.
Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.
Hands-on experience with UI test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Hands-on experience with API testing using tools and frameworks such as REST Assured and Postman.
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test strategy development, and quality engineering practices.
Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with version control systems, including Git.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Quality-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and engineering excellence.




Nice-to-have experience Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or similar technologies.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
Experience implementing shift-left testing and continuous testing strategies.
Exposure to modern test automation tools, frameworks, and emerging quality engineering practices.
Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDETs and QA Engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous growth.
Define and execute the overall test automation strategy to support high-quality software delivery.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks.
Establish, promote, and enforce quality assurance standards, best practices, and testing processes.
Collaborate with Development, Product, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the software lifecycle.
Drive comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, integration, API, performance, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Ensure automated testing and quality gates are fully integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor, report, and improve quality metrics, including test coverage, defect leakage, test execution efficiency, and release readiness.




Advocate for shift-left testing practices and continuous testing approaches across engineering teams.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new testing tools, technologies, and automation solutions.
Support architecture and design discussions to ensure testability, scalability, and reliability of software solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, team productivity, and engineering effectiveness.
Ensure successful delivery of high-quality software releases aligned with business and technical objectives.
