Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience
- 2 to 3 years in commercial roles (KAM, Senior Sales Executive, or similar)
- Experience with IBM, Microsoft, Google or Oracle
- Background in retail or consumer electronics
- Knowledge of premium IT brands
- Proficiency in retail processes

Technical Skills

- Key account management and negotiation
- Advanced Excel
- CRM handling

Performance KPIs

- Achievement of monthly / quarterly / annual quota
- Revenue and margin growth
- Forecast accuracy
- Account profitability
- NPS and customer satisfaction
