Strategic Goal: Deliver consistent and safe material delivery performance to production lines, enabling maximum throughput and operational efficiency.
Supervise hourly material handling employees to support production.
Manage line-side inventory replenishment and equipment operation.
Report on area safety, quality, and throughput.
Partner with union leadership on workforce issues.
Enforce PIV safety and preventive maintenance standards.
Drive Lean/SIS implementation and staff performance.
EDUCATION: Minimum: Engineer degree (Industrial / Logistics/ Supply Chain)
Preferred: Experience (1-2+ years) in warehouse/plant logistics
Bonus: Certifications (forklift, safety, supply chain)
LANGUAGES - English 60% (Intermediate +)
SKILLS: solid grasp of how materials flow through a plant
Operational Skills (Logistics areas optimization /FIFO /Inventory management, delivery methods, safety regulation, KPI improvements)
Continuous improvement (Lean principles, Kaizen, 5S/5T, problem solving & decision-making)
Safety principles
Leadership & Team management (communication, coaching, discipline, Supervising forklift operators, handlers, and warehouse staff)
