To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Technology Park. Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analyst's role involves:

What a typical day looks like:
- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems - including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation.
- Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables.




- Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status.
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption.
- Execute General IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong experience developing dynamic dashboards using Tableau (preferred) and/or Power BI.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL query development.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Flex Flow databases.
- Experience with SharePoint content management and design.
- Experience working with computerized databases, process documentation, and guidelines.
