Position Purpose: Lead a Multidisciplinary & Senior design team to support processes and smoothen engineering challenges.Provide technical support to designers through engineering change/release process and oversee Master schedule in Advance to meet Aircraft engineering milestones.Support and coordinate engineering specific initiatives intended to measure and/or improve quality, on time deliveries & assigned budget to make sure they are all implemented and standardized.
