Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Mechatronic Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Aerospace Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering. 8 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Lead a Multidisciplinary & Senior design team to support processes and smoothen engineering challenges.Provide technical support to designers through engineering change/release process and oversee Master schedule in Advance to meet Aircraft engineering milestones.Support and coordinate engineering specific initiatives intended to measure and/or improve quality, on time deliveries & assigned budget to make sure they are all implemented and standardized.

- Lead Department improvements and projects .
- Suggests annual department objectives .
- High complexity tasks projects .
- High performance expectation .
- Leads team of people and coordinates with external contacts.




- Mature- Senior employee supervision .
- Formal teams, mentor training.

Other Requirements:

- Supervision to ensure target.
- Decision and problem solution with medium to high rick, may affect deparment/section/area objectives.
- Needs judgement and creativity to make changes.
- People skills, team work, communication skills, external negotiations.
- Advanced English level: spoken and written.
- Frequent participation in presentations and negotiations.
