We are looking for a Regional Jr. Controller to join our team and contribute to the financial performance and strategic decision-making of our regional operations.

The Junior Controller analyzes plant financial deviations and promotes accurate financial recording to improve performance indicators. The role works closely with middle and senior management to provide complete and reliable financial information to the Plant Controller, supporting effective decision-making. Additionally, the position provides support in activities related to the Controlling department.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

Advanced English – essential for the position

Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

Experience with SAP modules: CO, MM, and FI

Cost analysis and variance analysis

Profit & Loss ( P&L; ) analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams





Consolidate monthly financial results from regional plants/business units

Perform variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and Previous Year

Prepare regional financial reports for management and corporate teams

Develop and update executive presentations on regional financial performance

Monitor regional financial and operational KPIs

Coordinate with Plant Controllers to collect and validate financial information

Prepare financial bridges and performance analysis covering Sales, Gross Profit, EBITDA, Cost Performance, FX, Volume, and Mix

Participate in regional Budget and Forecast processes

Monitor financial trends, risks, and improvement opportunities within the region

Support cost optimization initiatives and profitability improvement projects

Provide support to the Controlling department in additional financial activities
