Supervise hourly material handling employees to support production. Manage line-side inventory replenishment and equipment operation. Report on area safety, quality, and throughput. Partner with union leadership on workforce issues. Enforce PIV safety and preventive maintenance standards. Drive Lean/SIS implementation and staff performance.
