Objective of the position

Leading, controlling and coordinating sub-projects relating to the procurement and planning of assembly systems and testing technology with the relevant assigned project functions. Monitoring project execution including change management and target achievement on the basis of checklists and key figures.

Planning and realization of production processes and facilities for existing and new products in the Dräxlmaier Group plants worldwide in cooperation with all relevant departments

Principal activities




- Acting as an internal contact person within your own specialist area
- Creating internal publications (e.g. documentation, etc.) and presenting them (internally) if necessary
- Creating project plans/concepts and ensuring compliance (e.g. resource planning, scheduling, cost planning, etc.) in coordination with specialist and/or main project managers and specialist departments; if necessary, initiating measures in the event of deviations
- Professional management of project employees
- Creation and implementation of planning, procurement, commissioning, parameterization and balancing of assembly and testing systems in line with requirements, taking into account the project objectives and applying knowledge of almost all production processes as well as developing new or further developing existing system technologies
