Mondelez México is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to drive uptime on packaging lines. You will diagnose faults quickly, plan and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, and develop robust maintenance strategies while coaching the team.
You will apply automation and pneumatic concepts, select materials for sanitary belts, document knowledge, and ensure safety, quality, cost delivery, and workforce development.
