Role Description The Call Center Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area.



This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to patient billing, appointment scheduling, and payer follow-up, ensuring clear, professional, and empathetic communication. Daily tasks include answering patient and payer inquiries, resolving issues, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following established workflows to support accurate claims processing and revenue cycle efficiency. The Call Center Representative will work within dedicated call center pods, collaborate closely with team members and supervisors, and adhere to HIPAA and company policies to protect confidential information. The role also involves meeting performance targets such as call quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach.
