This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role built for working scientists, researchers, and academics who want to contribute to cutting-edge AI — on their own schedule.

What You'll Do

Develop and solve advanced chemistry problems spanning organic, inorganic, physical, and computational chemistry
Design complex, real-world problem statements that challenge and improve AI reasoning
Review and evaluate AI-generated chemistry content for scientific accuracy, depth, and rigor
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts
Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of clarity, precision,



and scientific integrity
Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace

Who You Are

Holds a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
Comfortable coding in Python or working with computational chemistry tools (e.g., Gaussian, VASP)
Exceptional written communicator — you can explain complex chemistry clearly and precisely
Naturally detail-oriented with a rigorous, methodical approach to scientific problems
Fluent in English

Nice to Have

Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks
Background in academic research, scientific publishing, or curriculum development
Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning workflows
Experience designing problem sets, exams, or technical assessments
