what you'll do

lead, motivate, and support a team of sales and customer service representatives monitor kpis, productivity, and team performance metrics provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing development to team members conduct performance reviews and one-on-one meetings assist with customer escalations and complex situations analyze reports and identify opportunities for improvement ensure crm data accuracy and proper workflow management collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals foster a positive, energetic, and results-driven team culture

what we're looking for

advanced english communication skills (spoken and written) experience leading, coaching, mentoring,



or supporting teams strong customer service and/or sales background ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills comfortable working with technology, crm systems, and reporting tools positive attitude, accountability, and strong work ethic ability to handle objections, difficult conversations, and customer escalations

strongly preferred

experience in call centers, bpos, customer service, sales, retention, collections, or appointment setting experience using crm platforms and performance tracking systems experience supervising agents, trainers, quality analysts, or support teams familiarity with dialers, call monitoring tools, and kpi management experience working with u. S.-based customers or clients
