Manage the commercial/trading calendar and cross-channel readiness, ensuring on-time execution, qa, and content accuracy for campaigns and key moments. Own the email-to-site journey by coordinating email-focused landing pages and collections, and validating end-to-end conversion paths.

data-driven optimization
uncover friction points and prioritize solutions based on user behavior and funnel performance. Use heatmaps, click data, and conversion analysis to guide design decisions and sprint priorities. Translate analytical insights into actionable tasks for ux/ui design and development.
ai-powered execution

cross-functional alignment & reporting
drive cross-functional execution and performance reporting with site development, marketing, customer service, content, merchandising, and operations teams; provide actionable recommendations. Support dtc planning and forecast cycles by partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to align site decisions with revenue goals and priorities. Leverage cross-functional data sources to validate strategies and surface business opportunities.
international site management
ensure consistency of experience across all regional sites (us, mexico, brazil, uk, canada, australia, chile, and more), while accounting for localization needs. Support translations and structural adjustments by market when needed.
requirements
5+ years of experience in e commerce management, digital product, or ux optimization. Experience managing or mentoring direct reports.
