About the role: we are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy executive assistant (ea) to act as the right hand to a busy c-level executive. This is not a traditional administrative role; we need a modern ea who treats ai as an assistant to their own role—using tools to summarize long threads, draft emails, manage complex travel logistics, and automate routine tasks. You will guard the executive's time, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure daily operations run flawlessly. Key responsibilities: manage complex calendars, scheduling high-priority meetings across multiple time zones while avoiding conflicts. Handle executive communication: draft, filter, and respond to emails, using ai tools to summarize long threads and write initial responses. Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, lodging, visas, and expense reporting. Prepare executive briefings, meeting agendas, and polished presentations using canva, notion, or power point.



Act as a gatekeeper, managing inbound requests and prioritizing issues that require the executive's immediate attention. Maintain operational workflows using project management tools (asana, notion, or slack) to track the executive's action items. Requirements: experience: 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, operations assistant, or similar role supporting c-suite executives. Tech & ai savviness: high proficiency with ai assistants (chat gpt, claude) for drafting, summarizing, and editing communications. Organization stack: mastery of google workspace (calendar, docs, sheets), slack, notion, and project management tools like asana or . Soft skills: extreme attention to detail, high emotional intelligence, and absolute discretion with confidential information. Language: advanced fluency in english is required (written and verbal, with excellent business writing skills).
