junior manager - finance (financial planning & analysis)
we are seeking for a highly analytical, self-driven, and detail-oriented finance professional to lead fpa in mexico city. This position offers broad exposure to financial reporting, business performance analysis, cash flow management, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-paced multinational pharmaceutical environment.

key responsibilities:
lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
prepare and consolidate monthly financial reports for local and regional management.
collaborate closely with accounting and regional finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information.
monitor cash flow performance and support working capital planning initiatives.
develop financial models and analytical reporting to support strategic decision-making.
perform market, channel, and product profitability analysis to support commercial strategies.
monitor and analyze key financial and operational kpis.
coordinate reporting deliverables under tight timelines and high-quality standards.
support transfer pricing analysis, reporting, and intercompany financial coordination.
strengthen and monitor internal control processes and finance compliance standards.




provide leadership and coordination across finance functions and broader operational stakeholders.
participate in regional and cross-functional finance projects.

requirements:
~ bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
~6–12 years of experience in fpa, financial reporting, controlling or related finance roles.
~ experience within multinational companies is required; pharma or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
~ advanced english proficiency is mandatory.
~ strong excel and financial modeling skills.
~ experience with major erp, sap is a plus.
~ self-driven, proactive, and capable of operating independently in a dynamic environment.
~ ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with high standards of accuracy.
~ strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
~ high attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
