Mstar is looking for an experienced and commercially minded auto finance product manager to lead the design, launch, and optimization of innovative automotive financing products in mexico. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, analyzing market opportunities, designing competitive financing solutions, and driving product performance across multiple distribution channels. The adecuado candidate combines strong financial acumen, product thinking, and deep knowledge of consumer lending or auto finance ecosystems. Product strategy & development lead the end-to-end design and evolution of automotive financing products for the mexican market. Conduct customer segmentation and profiling analyses to identify underserved needs and growth opportunities. Develop financing solutions that balance customer experience, risk management, and profitability objectives.



Own product performance metrics and drive continuous optimization based on market feedback and business results. Market intelligence & competitive analysis monitor trends across auto finance, consumer lending, fintech, and capital markets. Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry best practices impacting financial products. Partner closely with risk, operations, sales, marketing, and business development teams to successfully launch and scale products. Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, promotional initiatives, and customer acquisition programs. Drive product implementation, testing, and iteration processes to maximize adoption and performance. Performance management analyze product profitability, pricing effectiveness, portfolio performance, and customer behavior. Present recommendations and performance updates to senior leaderships. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field. ~5+ years of experience in product management, auto finance, consumer lending, fintech, digital banking, or financial services. ~ strong understanding of lending products, credit economics, pricing, and portfolio profitability. ~ strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. ~ advanced english proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in a business enviroment. Experience in automotive financing, embedded finance, bnpl, consumer lending, or fintech ecosystems. Previous experience at high-growth fintech companies or digital lenders. Familiarity with the mexican consumer finance and automotive market. Launching and scaling competitive auto finance products that drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
