People operations & talent acquisition coordinator

we are looking for a proactive people operations & talent acquisition coordinator to help us build and support our team as the company grows.

this role is not limited to traditional hr administration. We need someone who can actively search for talent, build relationships with universities and professional communities, coordinate recruiting processes, support onboarding, and help make sure our team has clarity, follow-up, and the support needed to do great work. Main responsibilities talent acquisition

work with leadership to define job profiles and hiring needs. Actively source candidates through universities, events, referrals, job boards, linked in, and direct outreach. Build relationships with universities, career directors, professors, and student groups. Attend events and visit campuses to identify potential candidates. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews. Apply or coordinate basic assessments and practical tests. Maintain an organized candidate pipeline. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support offer coordination and onboarding. People operations coordinate onboarding for new hires. Maintain employee records and hr documentation. Support internal policies, vacation tracking, permissions, attendance, and general hr processes. Help with employee communication and internal culture. Coordinate 30/60/90-day follow-ups for new employees.



Support offboarding when needed. Team follow-up and execution support conduct regular check-ins with team members to understand how they are doing. Help identify blockers, lack of clarity, or operational issues. Follow up on commitments and pending items. Escalate relevant issues to leadership or area managers. Help ensure people have clear priorities and the support they need to execute. Detect early signs of low performance, disengagement, or communication problems. Idóneo profile 2–5 years of experience in hr, recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations. Strong interest in technology companies and technical profiles. Comfortable recruiting engineering, software, electronics, operations, support, and administrative roles. Excellent organization and follow-up skills. Strong communication and people skills. Proactive, outgoing, and comfortable visiting universities or attending events. Able to balance empathy with accountability. Comfortable working in a growing company where processes are still being built. English is a plus. What we are looking for
