are you a procurement professional with a passion for supply chain operations, supplier management, and strategic sourcing? We are looking for a buyer to join a dynamic purchasing team supporting one of the world's most recognized quick-service restaurant systems.

location: mexico city, mexico (on-site)

schedule: monday – friday | 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

employment type: permanent position

what you'll do:

• support purchasing and supply chain operations to ensure continuous product availability at competitive costs.

• manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, bakeries, and franchise partners.

• conduct market and industry research to identify trends, cost drivers, and sourcing opportunities.

• monitor supplier performance, inventory levels, production schedules, and pricing compliance.

• support new product launches, promotional activities, and supply chain initiatives.

• analyze data and generate reports to support purchasing decisions and business strategy.

• coordinate communications between internal stakeholders, suppliers, distributors, and restaurant operators.





• assist in resolving supply chain disruptions, inventory shortages, and operational challenges.

what we're looking for:

bachelor's degree required.

2-3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, sourcing, category management, or vendor management.

strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

advanced excel and microsoft office proficiency.

excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

experience working with suppliers, distributors, logistics partners, or food service operations is highly preferred.

ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.

must be based in mexico.
