the role

we're hiring a gtm engineer: a technical operator who builds and runs the systems behind our go-to-market motion. Where a traditional sales or marketing hire executes inside existing processes, you build the processes — combining data, automation, and ai to do the work of a much larger revenue team. Some of our systems exist and need to be run and improved; some need to be built from scratch. You're comfortable in both modes.

what you'll own

outbound systems — multi-channel campaigns end to end: list building, enrichment, segmentation, sequencing, deliverability. Repeatable systems, not one-off blasts.

data & enrichment — turn raw industry data into clean, sales-ready lists using modern enrichment tooling (e.g., clay or similar).

crm operations — pipeline structure, workflows, data hygiene, and reporting leadership can trust.

ai workflow automation — use llm tools daily to automate research, follow-up,



personalization, and reporting across the stack.

marketing & enablement — decks, one-pagers, landing pages, and playbooks, produced fast and to a professional standard.

what we're looking for

hands-on experience with the modern gtm stack: a crm (hubspot/salesforce), a sequencing platform, and an enrichment tool — you've built in them, not just used them.

real ai fluency: you can point to workflows you've automated, not just prompts you've written.

technical comfort: apis, data wrangling, basic scripting. Integrations don't scare you.

detail-obsessed: you catch duplicates, notice when numbers don't reconcile, and check your work before it ships.

independent operator: you create structure where none exists and communicate proactively.

fluent english and spanish — written english must be polished and native-quality (our market is us-based).

nice to have: fintech/lending or b2b saas experience; revops/growth ops background; early-stage startup experience.
