- bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, holding a master’s/ mba degree is a plus
- relevant experience in controlling or finance roles

- demonstrated ability to lead, challenge, and influence decisions in a constructive way
- proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and ownership
- strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- fluency in both english and spanish
