we’re looking for a human resources advisor to join our team at our apodaca manufacturing site .

this is a dynamic role with a strong focus on talent acquisition across mexico , combined with hands-on exposure to broader hr processes, including employee and labor relations, talent management, hr systems, compliance and continuous improvement .

what you’ll do

- lead end-to-end recruitment processes across mexico , partnering closely with hiring managers.
- source, interview and assess talent, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.
- advise leaders on talent, performance, development and employee-related topics .
- support labor and union relations at the apodaca site.
- maintain accurate hr information and support processes through successfactors and other hr systems .
- participate in hr compliance activities and audits, including iatf/iso requirements .
- partner with local, regional and global hr teams to continuously improve our processes and employee experience.





what we’re looking for

- bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration or a related field .
- 3–5 years of experience in hr and/or talent acquisition.
- experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly valued.
- fluent english .
- strong communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills.
- experience with successfactors, tress or similar hr systems is a plus.
- exposure to labor relations, union environments, iatf 16949 or iso audits is highly desirable.
- a proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
