About this Position
The Team Manager, HRDirect is responsible for leading a high-performing team that delivers HR services within the General Business Services (GBS) organization. This role ensures operational excellence, process standardization, continuous improvement, and compliance with global and local requirements while fostering employee engagement and development.
What you´ll do
Process Management & Operational Excellence
- Facilitate the delivery of HR processes within the GBS organization in alignment with global process frameworks.
- Drive the detailed implementation and execution of standardized HR processes while ensuring compliance with local requirements.
- Coordinate the rollout and implementation of global processes across GBS locations, ensuring adherence to local specifications.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs), implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure the effective maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.




- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance service quality.

Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to continuously improve HR processes.
- Participate actively in integral Process Exchange forums to share best practices, align on process enhancements, and support global standardization initiatives.
- Lead improvement initiatives using data analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure high performance, engagement, and continuous growth.
- Establish clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
