POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering part of the Americas Regional AME Team will lead and oversight his team on Thermal BU Projects, focused on Monterrey Operations leading site readiness, site setup, product transfers, new product development programs, process improvements, capital projects to support Growth for the target sites and the standardization of manufacturing processes across Vertiv plants. This position will support and collaborate with Integral AME on deployment of standards and technology globally. Interact directly with Design Engineering, Program Manager and Operations Team at the target site to coordinate and execute NPDI milestones and deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable and Responsible for Site Startup and Readiness for new Santa Catarina Plants
- Accountable and Responsible for Line Readiness and Product Launch or Product Transfer within plants
- Work closely with Program Managers,



Line of Business Leaders and pertinent functional groups to ensure manufacturing plans are aligned to Product Roadmaps and properly communicated.
- Responsible for End of Line Testing Equipment, Parameters, scripts and Capex associated
- Develop Advanced Manufacturing Engineers with a steadfast commitment to mentoring and leading from the front, responsible for team performance and growth.

Provide tactical leadership to ensure the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team will:
- Develop and implement manufacturing plans for new products
- Provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development programs.
- Support Vertiv manufacturing operations using standard processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods.
- Identify, justify, pilot, and commission Advanced Manufacturing technologies, processes, equipment, and practices. Capital projects that support Growth, NPDI, Product Transfers, Technical Capacity and Footprint associated
