JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the trailer electronics products and systems. Responsibilities include validation, production release, testing, application and customer support of trailer ABS,
roll stability and other related electronics systems for trailers. Production release responsibilities will include the creation of applicable specifications, test plans, drawings, and FMEAs. Customer application and support responsibilities include release of new variants to support customer applications; track and HIL testing to support product releases, competitive benchmarking and new applications; provide training, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; support new customer orders; and work closely with senior technical personnel to resolve customer issues. The position will also be responsible for other technical responsibilities including analysis, implementation and validation of design changes for cost reductions, supplier transitions or product improvements.
