National Pen in Mexico is seeking a Integral Packaging Engineer to lead packaging strategy across its manufacturing network and own standards, master data, and continuous improvement for all active SKUs.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, NPI, Procurement, and Product teams to drive cost reductions, freight efficiency, and standardization while meeting local requirements. The role requires cross-functional leadership and data governance.
