We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to work on site in Guadalajara for a national project with stability and growth in the short, medium and long term.
Overview

Our client is a leading company specializing in comprehensive solutions and services for the industrial sector, with a strong focus on the sale of high-performance machinery, spare parts, and specialized maintenance services.

The challenge I Responsibilities

Manage the full B2B consultative sales cycle, from prospecting and acquiring new customers to negotiating and closing deals for specialized machinery.
Proactively sell the aftermarket portfolio, driving recurring revenue through the sale of machinery (street sweepers, sewer cleaning trucks, pothole patching machines, pressure washers), spare parts, specialized technical services, and preventive/corrective maintenance contracts.
Analyze customers’ operational and technical requirements and provide expert advice, translating mechanical, mechatronic, and electrical specifications into high-value solutions.




Design and present technical and commercial proposals, including demonstrations and in-depth explanations of machinery functionality, capabilities, and performance.
Develop and expand the customer portfolio through frequent travel, opening and managing strategic accounts across different cities and states in the Northern and Western regions of Mexico.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Specialized Service teams to ensure proper execution of maintenance contracts and long-term customer satisfaction.

Your Profile I Requirements

University degree or Technical University Degree (TSU) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Required to understand and effectively explain the technical functionality of the machinery.
Previous experience with heavy construction and/or agricultural equipment.
Solid and demonstrable experience in B2B consultative sales within the industrial sector, specifically sell
