Position SummaryWe are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) in Mexico to lead our global supply-side acquisition and demand expansion.
In this dual-impact role, your primary mission is to identify, pitch, and onboard global mobile application publishers—specifically targeting Offerwall apps, rewarded/incentivized traffic platforms, utility apps, and mobile game developers—to integrate our Offerwall SDK and S2S API solutions. Concurrently,
you will prospect and acquire performance advertisers looking to buy high-converting users via CPE/CPA/CPI models on our platform.
Key Responsibilities1. Global Supply & Publisher Acquisition (Monetization)
- Publisher Prospecting: Proactively recruit, negotiate, and sign global and regional mobile app developers, game studios, reward/GPT (Get-Paid-To) apps, and digital utility publishers to integrate our Offerwall SDK / S2S API solutions.
- Onboarding & Optimization: Collaborate with our technical account managers to ensure seamless integration. Monitor inventory performance (eCPM, Fill Rate, Daily Active Users, Revenue) and pitch optimization strategies to maximize publisher yield.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, trusted relationships with strategic publishers to boost retention and ensure exclusive or preferred inventory access.
