Experience preparing Litigation case file and Condusef reports are a must.
Role Description
This full-time legal officer role is based at the heart of CDMX. Prior experience in SOFOM a must and you shall also be business fluent in English.The person will be primarily responsible handling compliance matters related to CNBV and Condusef. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, preparing for litigation cases and handling liasion with governing bodies & regulators.
