Position: QA Director
Location: Torre Mitikah, CDMX
Work Shift: On-Site, Monday through Friday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm

Requirements:
· BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent professional background).
· 1+ years as a QA Director in an agile environment with enterprise customers, or 5+ years as a Senior QA Manager leading large multinational teams.
· Proven track record in leading enterprise scale testing frameworks, processes, and methodologies.
· Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, software testing principles, verification/validation techniques, and test management.
· Experience with AI/ML driven testing platforms and predictive analytics.
· Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and service virtualization.
· Excellent analytical, documentation, and project planning skills.
· Strong communication skills across teams, organizations, and stakeholders.
· Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive problem solver.
· Effective leadership and changing management skills.
· Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, TestNG).
· Experience with API testing, performance/load testing, bug tracking tools (e.g., Rally), and test management tools (e.g., qTest).
· Experience in CI/CD environments with modern release tools (e.g., Jenkins).
· Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Test-Driven Development.
· Passion for fast paced environments, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsabilities:
· Define QA strategy, approach, and execution in development projects.
· Design the organization and reporting structure to prioritize quality, results, and efficiency.
· Design, implement, and document procedures for process control, improvement, testing, and CI/CD.
· Establish and track metrics to monitor system effectiveness and support product quality decisions.
· Present testing metrics and activities to senior leadership.
· Oversee the development of new test frameworks and applications, ensuring manual and automated solutions align with organizational goals.
· Drive features and services for short- and long-term growth.
· Provide oversight throughout the full software lifecycle, from conception to delivery and maintenance.
· Act as SQA lead, collaborating with other disciplines leads to maximizing QA impact.
· Mitigate risks and escalate to technology leadership when needed.
· Enhance team performance and collaboration across the organization.
· Create a motivating, rewarding, and fast paced work environment.
· Attract, train, and retain highly engaged QA teams aligned with business and technology strategies.
