Definity is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee service operations,
ensure high-quality delivery, and maintain strong communication between clients,
internal teams, and stakeholders.

This is a 100% on-site position based in Monterrey, Mexico.

Requirements

* 3 - 7 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in similar roles.
* Proven experience managing complex technical projects from inception to
completion.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, GitHub, and
Azure Pipelines.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and
Waterfall.
* Familiarity with AI-powered tools.
* Experience managing software development projects and Microsoft-based
technology solutions.
* Experience leveraging AI for process automation, reporting, and operational
decision-making is a plus.
* Excellent organizational, time management,



and communication skills.
* Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Advanced English

* Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and
deliverables.
* Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and
objectives.
* Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and
utilization.
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular
project updates.
* Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
* Explore and integrate AI-based tools to improve delivery workflows, automate
reporting, and enhance team productivity.
