What the day will look like
As an Executive Compensation & Governance Analytics Associate, you will play a key supporting role within Aon Governance, helping to deliver high-quality governance, executive compensation, and shareholder engagement work for a broad range of clients. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to execute projects, prepare client deliverables, and support day-to-day engagement needs.
Assist in researching and analyzing corporate governance practices, board and committee structures,



and how they intersect with executive compensation and shareholder expectations
Help monitor and summarize key regulatory and market developments (e.g., SEC rules, exchange listing standards, proxy advisor and investor policies) relevant to compensation and governance
Support the design, review and benchmarking of executive and director compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, long‑term incentives and other executive benefits/
Conduct market benchmarking and peer group analyses using Aon and external databases, including pay‑for‑performance, equity usage and related analytical assessments
Build and maintain Excel‑based models and dashboards (and, where appropriate, Power BI or similar tools), turning complex datasets into clear charts, exhibits and written summaries for clients and internal stakeholders
Contribute to client‑ready and thought‑leadership materials (slides, memos, briefing books, white papers)
