* This position will report to a Quality Superintendent
* Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position. Will be a plus
if you have experience with premium brands.
* It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that
the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to
get to this site.
* For the foreign candidates- relocation assistance will not be available

CERTIFICATIONS

* Certifications (CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) will be a plus.
* Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive core tools (APQP,
PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
* VDA will be a plus

SKILLS

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, Minitab, and quality software tools.




* English -Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Experience minimum 4-5 years in automotive industry (must) as Quality Engineer:

* Experience in automotive interiors or safety parts
* Lead and manage appearance quality activities for automotive components and
assemblies.
* Establish and maintain appearance quality standards, inspection criteria, and
acceptance limits based on customer specifications.
* Investigate customer complaints and warranty issues related to appearance
defects and implement corrective actions.
* Utilize quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, 8D,
and Root Cause Analysis to address quality concerns.
* Lead containment activities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
for appearance-related issues.
* Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and automotive quality
management systems.
