About the Role

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's
financial integrity by performing accounting activities, financial analysis, and
month-end close processes. This role ensures accurate financial reporting,
timely accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance with accounting
principles and company policies. The position requires strong analytical skills,
attention to detail, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments in
accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring
timely and accurate financial reporting.

* Perform detailed Profit & Loss (P&L;) analysis, identifying variances, trends,
and key business drivers.

* Review and analyze financial data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and
compliance with applicable accounting principles.

* Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and proactively resolve reconciling
items.





* Monitor and analyze accruals, prepaid expenses, and other key accounting
balances.

* Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Operations, and other stakeholders to
ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions.

* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities through
data analysis and reporting.

* Prepare management reports and provide insightful recommendations based on
financial performance.

* Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audit
requests.

* Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to system and
reporting enhancements.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, General Ledger,
or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

* Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and
month-end close activities.
