Job Title: Construction Estimator – Commercial

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our general contracting team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will be embedded within our organization,



working closely with project management and pre-construction teams to support national bidding and estimation efforts across the United States.

You will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating subcontractor pricing, and supporting end-to-end bid preparation for commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and material analysis from construction drawings and specifications
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial bid submissions
- Review, analyze, and prequalify subcontractor bids to ensure full trade coverage and pricing competitiveness
- Coordinate with subcontractors and sub-trade partners to obtain complete and up-to-date pricing
- Support the full bid preparation and submission process
- Collaborate with project managers during contract review and post-award project setup
- Manage RFIs (Requests for Information)
