We are looking for an Operational Risk Assistant Manager to join our team in
Mexico City. This role is critical to strengthening our operational risk
framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a strong risk culture
across the organization.



You will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and
monitoring operational risks, while partnering with multiple stakeholders
locally and across international teams (US & Brazil).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the implementation and enhancement of operational risk frameworks
aligned with integral standards

* Identify, assess, and monitor operational risk exposures across business
areas

* Ensure effectiveness of internal controls and follow up on remediation
actions

* Prepare and present risk reports and committee materials (internal and
regulatory)

* Analyze corporate policies and local regulations to define risk management
guidelines

* Manage and support initiatives related to fraud risk and third-party risk
management (TPRM)

* Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to integrate risk practices
into daily operations

* Escalate key risks and issues appropriately and provide recommendatio
