Role Description:
Join our collaborative Training & Performance Strategy team as a Principal
Training Specialist, serving as a strategic partner to business leaders across
the organization. In this role, you will work closely with business unit leaders
and team members to understand business priorities, identify performance needs,
and develop targeted learning strategies that drive measurable outcomes.





You will consult with leaders to assess gaps and translate business objectives
into measurable performance-focused learning and development solutions.
Partnering with our Design & Development team, you will support the creation and
implementation of learning strategies that enable capability growth, reinforce
knowledge transfer, and support sustained behavior change.

Success in this role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management,
colleague engagement, a flexible mindset, and the ability to balance strategic
thinking with execution. You will establish meaningful success measures,
evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions, and leverage data and
insights to confirm application of learning and achievement of business goals.
