The After-Hours Operations Specialist is responsible for providing operational
support outside of standard business hours to ensure seamless cross-border
execution. This role monitors and tracks active shipments, reviews documentation
for northbound and southbound crossings, and proactively identifies potential
service risks.

The position serves as the primary after-hours point of contact for customers,
communicating shipment updates, delays, service failures, and any issues that
may impact transit times. The role works closely with carriers, drivers, and
internal teams to resolve exceptions, maintain shipment visibility, and support
a high level of customer service throughout the transportation lifecycle
