Job Summary
Under broad supervision, provides analytical support to ongoing compensation and
evaluation programs. Participates in compensation surveys, coordinate job
descriptions, and prepare and analyze survey data. Prepares and monitors merit
budget and assist in development of salary ranges.

Education & Experience
Requires of 2 -5 years of experience in the current field of work.
Requires University degree

Analyze compensation data to assess competitiveness and fairness of salary
structures. Administer compensation programs, including conducting salary
reviews, structure analysis, among others. Participate in job evaluations and

and records related to compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
