Job Description

Job Summary

The Contracts Manager, North America, is responsible for leading the negotiation
and management of commercial agreements across the region, working closely with
business, sales, and legal teams to support company objectives while ensuring
compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements. This individual




contributor role focuses on developing and maintaining strong business
relationships with customers, vendors, and partners through the negotiation,
structuring, drafting, and administration of a wide range of contractual
agreements.

The position plays a key role in identifying and mitigating contractual risks,
providing guidance to internal stakeholders on risk management strategies, and
ensuring that contractual terms align with company standards. The Contracts
Manager leads contract negotiations with internal and external parties,
collaborates with business leaders, legal counsel, and cross-functional teams to
obtain approvals for non-standard contract terms, and helps drive successful
business outcomes while maintaining a high standard of integrity, operational
excellence, and customer focus.
