This is a client-facing role responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of
high-volume, fast-turnaround content adaptation and production projects across
digital, social, video, display, , CRM, print and OOH channels

The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between
clients, creative teams, production teams and external partners, ensuring
projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule.

The role requires excellent English language skills and experience managing
multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced content production environment.
The individual will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable
balancing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.

Whilst client stakeholders are primarily based in North America, the Project
Manager will work closely with ICP's integral studio teams and cross-functional
partners to ensure seamless project delivery.

The successful candidate will understand how creative work moves through modern
content production workflows,



from briefing and planning through design,
review, approval and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end management of high-volume content adaptation and
production projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to the highest
quality standards.

* Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted
relationships and proactively managing expectations throughout the project
lifecycle.

* Receive, interpret and manage incoming briefs, ensuring requirements,
specifications, timelines and deliverables are clearly understood and
communicated.

* Manage project workflows through Airtable and other workflow
platforms, maintaining accurate project information, delivery schedules and
status updates throughout the lifecycle of each project.

* Create and maintain project trackers, deliverable lists,
production schedules and client-facing timelines.
