? What You’ll Do
Lead the paid and organic social media strategy for ISDIN USA across owned channels: Meta, TikTok, website, app, etc.
Translate the Brand Strategy into the Social Media and Digital Content plan, aligned with each ISDIN brand’s marketing leader.
Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand priorities,



cultural moments and consumer trends.
Balance content creation between locally developed assets (via Canva, Omi, or preferred tools), agency created content, corporate-provided materials, etc. ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.
Generate and edit engaging multimedia content (posts, stories, reels, videos) to drive reach, engagement, and community growth.
Oversee content for Consumer-facing CRM (emails, newsletters) to maintain engagement with current ISDIN Lovers (i.e. community members/brand followers/subscribed to our newsletter)
Optimize content for each channel’s format, audience, and best practices.
Attend events and provide live coverage + post-produced assets
Actively listen to consumers on social platforms, identifying opportunities to join conversations and elevate brand voice.
Monitor brand mentions, user-generated content, and relevant industry conversations; strategically repost or reshare content
