POSITION SUMMARY

Buyer – Services Jr. Specialist

Performs key commercial aspects of Indirect purchasing such as: identify core
function or business unit specifications, market research, supplier selection,
price negotiation, and general coordination. Will lead efforts with regional and
global Indirect purchasing members as well as establish the development of the
assigned category strategies.

* Sourcing: Manages selection and sourcing of suppliers as part of the
strategic supply base while ensuring continuity, consistency of quality and
competitive pricing. Follows the New Supplier Form (NSF) set up process to
ensure that all new suppliers are set up timely and accurately.
* Strategic Negotiation: Negotiate rental prices, delivery conditions, security
deposits, and contractual clauses with owners or real estate agencies to
achieve the highest cost-efficiency for the company. Conducts market tests
and cost control renegotiations to maintain cost competitiveness.
* Contract Drafting and Management: Draft, review, and manage lease agreements,
ensuring legal compliance, proper management of renewals, terminations, and
accurate document archiving (NDA, contracts, pricing sheets, etc.)
* Property Care and Maintenance: Coordinate and promptly follow up on
maintenance or fault reports in oc
