The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of the Sales team responsible for driving revenue through high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to existing wholesale accounts, while serving as a critical execution partner to Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales Representatives.
This role is focused on generating incremental sales through proactive customer outreach, including reorders, replenishment, at-once business, follow-ups from field visits, and ongoing account engagement. Success in this position requires strong phone presence, consistent outbound activity, and the ability to efficiently convert conversations into orders using NuOrder, Shopify B2B, and HubSpot. Travel expectation includes one to two tradeshows and two company sales meetings per year. This is a revenue-driving sales role with a primary focus on outbound calls and emails.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
- Execute daily outbound calls and emails to assigned wholesale accounts to drive reorders, replenishment, and at-once sales
- Convert outbound sales activity into booked orders through effective product knowledge and follow-up
- Support sales initiatives by executing follow-up from field sales visits and line presentations
- Maintain consistent account touchpoints to drive ongoing engagement and sales velocity
- Accurately capture and close sales opportunities generated through outbound activity
Systems and Order Management
- Enter, manage, and modify wholesale orders using NuOrder and Shopify B2B
- Maintain accurate account records, contacts, notes, and activity tracking in HubSpot
- Ensure pricing, discounts, terms, and payment settings are correctly applied across all systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales Representatives to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities
