Role Summary

We're seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with Manual Testing experience, to be based in Mexico, supporting our IT division's ERP systems and business applications. This role blends requirements gathering, business process analysis, and hands-on functional, regression, and integration testing for ERP modules including Finance, HR, Inventory, and Procurement. The idóneo candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams,



and ERP vendors, while leading UAT efforts, validating data migrations, and providing Service Desk support to keep our ERP environment reliable and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and end users
- Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Support ERP integration testing — validate data flows, interfaces, and functionality across integrated ERP modules/systems
- Design and execute functional test cases for ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement) based on business requirements
- Perform regression testing after ERP patches, upgrades, or configuration changes to ensure existing functionality is unaffected
- Conduct interface/integration testing between ERP and connected third-party systems (validate data mapping, transformation, and sync accuracy)
