Role Description:
The Business Development Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new business opportunities and nurturing prospective client relationships. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via phone, email, and online channels, and presenting Evergreen Permits’ services to homeowners, contractors, and developers. The role involves managing a sales pipeline,



scheduling consultations, collaborating with the architectural and design team to understand service offerings, and updating CRM records with accurate contact and opportunity information. The Business Development Representative will also gather market feedback, support sales campaigns, and help refine messaging to better address customer needs within the Seattle residential remodel market.

Qualifications:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with a focus on lead qualification and pipeline management.
- Proven Lead Generation skills, including research, outreach, and follow-up to convert prospects into opportunities.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Hands-on Sales experience, including conducting discovery calls, presenting services, and handling objections.
