Position Overview:

As an IoT Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying IT infrastructures and servicing hardware across multiple manufacturing industries for global OEMs. The immediate service area for this position is Mexico, however, you will also be part of a larger team that is responsible for technical deployment and maintenance across North America.



All product training will be provided by eMoldino, however, only technically qualified applicants will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities
- Deployment & Implementation:

Installation and configuration of sensors, terminals, and related hardware, ensuring successful deployment in manufacturing environments. Aptitude for work-related travel is mandatory as projects can last up to 3-5 weeks across North America.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide on-site or remote technical support to site personnel, particularly in the Mexican market, diagnosing and resolving hardware issues efficiently.
- Data Administration:

Clean, import, and harmonize OEM tooling data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Liaise between the site personnel, Implementation, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
- Continuous Improvement:

Gather feedback from the field to help
