Job Summary
A Maintenance Technician III oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations of assigned properties. The Maintenance Technician is a key member that ensures the upkeep and safety of the property and will jump in and work alongside the team. Work involves indoor and outdoor environments and flexibility to adapt to unplanned events, while remaining resourceful and efficient. Works in coordination with the Associate Director of Facilities to ensure the maintenance teams deliver Safe,



Appropriate and Sanitary Housing to all our residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to caring and positive working and living environments for all employees and residents
- Assist in enforcing safety regulations; identify and report and/or correct safety hazards.
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, emptying trash, replacing light bulbs, etc.
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair all aspects of physical building, outdoor areas, parking areas, and individual units including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc
- Manages and prioritizes work orders in Yardi (or like program) in collaboration with the Assistant Community and Community Managers
- Monitor and replenish maintenance inventory based on property needs, while staying within budget
- General carpentry duties to prepare apartments for move-in; including but not limited to cleaning, painting, repairing, replacing, and
